A new update from Autodata: We have improved the credit card processing facility
Previously, when your Autodata account was paused, you would have been required to contact our customer service team to unpause the account and reinstate payment. However, we have added a new feature where you can be in full control of the situation yourselves.
You will simply need to navigate to the User Management page where you can add new credit card details and unpause your account without the need to call customer support.
This will allow the credit card processing facility to be done in your own time which we hope will make a great improvement to Autodata.
