Elite Garage Services is an independent vehicle servicing and repair specialist, and MOT Station in Newbury. With four technicians, the workshop has taken care of all types of vehicles since its doors opened in 2002.
Elite Garage Services has subscribed to Autodata for over 10 years, and has seen Autodata develop from books to CDs, and now online. When asked ‘why Autodata?’ Jason Bye, owner and technician at Elite Garage Services said, “It’s the only technical information I trust. Jason went on to say, “it also helps us with things like quotes. Autodata gives you an estimated repair time, so if you don’t have a clue how long a job is going to take, it’s the first place we look to help provide quotes”.
When asked if they would recommend Autodata to other workshops, Jason responded, “All day long! I don’t think there is anything better out there. It gives you confidence that you’re doing everything properly, and that comes across when we are talking to customers. Yes, there is a cost, but if you weigh up how much time it saves and how much grief not having quality information can cause, it’s worth it.”
